Balham, Tooting and Furzedown Primary Care Network (BTF PCN), is a network of 6 GP Practices working together to provide high quality services for their patients.

The PCN shares a multitude of different types of clinicians and professionals, building on core Primary Care Services already provided, to enable greater provision of proactive, personalised, coordinated and more integrated health and social care.
